Established in 2001, Scientiam have worked with over 1,000 employers across the North West and have supported over 2,000 apprentices and learners in gaining the qualifications and skills they need to help the regions economy grow.

All employers and learners are supported by Training Development Advisors (TDA’s), who are responsible for the delivery and co-ordination of the programme. The TDA’s originate from an industry background, so have relevant experience within their sector, and become the one point of contact for all parties. All TDA’s ensure they are up-to-date with industry norms through the attendance of key sector events, sector skills websites and using their industry knowledge.
