What is an Apprenticeship?
Established in 2001, Scientiam have worked with over 1,000 employers across the North West and
have supported over 2,000 apprentices and learners in gaining the qualifications and skills they need
to help the regions economy grow.
We provide employment and training opportunities for people across the region, through Apprenticeships, advanced Apprenticeships, NVQ’s and other programmes designed to give you the skills and qualifications you need. The training provides you with nationally recognised qualifications and puts you on the road
to a great future.

All employers and learners are supported by Training Development Advisors (TDA’s), who are responsible for the delivery and co-ordination of the programme. The TDA’s originate from an industry background, so have relevant experience within their sector, and become the one point of contact for all parties. They will support and help you while you look for an employer and then give you the best possible advice and guidance throughout your training.
